Ed Lihvarchik (PT) - Owner
Ed is from Ebensburg, PA. He grew up playing football, baseball and basketball. He had a baseball scholarship to West Liberty State College, but unfortunately tore his ACL which ended his baseball career. Ed finished undergraduate school at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and knew he wanted to become a physical therapist. He attended Shenandoah University Program in Physical Therapy and graduated in 2001. Ed particularly enjoys working with athletes and challenges them to become the best at their sport.

 

Amy Lihvarchik (PT) - Owner
Amy grew up in Madison, New Jersey and after twelve years moved to the Northwest with her family. After high school they moved to Baltimore where she attended McDaniel College. She went to physical therapy school at Shenandoah and this is where she met Ed. Following graduation they moved to Phoenix and got married in Maui a few years later. Amy is a big animal lover and has always been involved in various animal rescue groups. She and Ed currently have two adorable golden retriever mixes, Jack and Bradley, and are expecting two boys in October.

 

 

Melissa Burrill (PT) - Owner
Melissa lived in Oklahoma and Missouri prior to moving to Arizona for graduate school. After completing her master’s degree from Arizona School of Health Sciences, she married her husband, Chris and put down roots in Phoenix. They enjoy working out, watching movies, and spending time with their beautiful daughter and three Great Danes. Melissa has been a physical therapist for 10 years and has extensive experience working with the spine.

 

 

Jamil Loman (PT)
Jamil is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He attended St. Louis University and received a Masters degree from Washington University. After getting married, Jamil and his wife, Brenda, moved to Phoenix in 1999. Jamil has been a physical therapist for 14 years. He and Brenda are involved in greyhound rescue and have 3 greyhounds of their own. They enjoy biking and have an adorable 4 year old son named Mateo.

 

 

Jared Barnum (PT)
Jared is a native and loves living in the state of Arizona. He attended Northern Arizona University and graduated with a bachelor in exercise science and a doctorate in physical therapy. Jared is an avid outdoorsman, hunter and enjoys playing rugby in his spare time.

 

 

Collins Hoyt (PT)
Collins is also an Arizona native. He attended Northern Arizona University for his undergraduate and his DPT degrees. Collins enjoys running, hiking, and golf. He particularly enjoys working with post-operative orthopedic cases. Collins has 2 golden retrievers and is working toward certifying them to become therapy dogs.

 

 

Tom Arnold (PTA)
Tom was born and raised in BrookPark, Ohio. He attended Cleveland Institute of Technology, Apollo College, and Gateway Community College where he received his PTA degree. Tom enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, sports, and enjoys spending time with his six year old son. Tom also enjoys grilling and watching the food network for their outstanding recipes.

 

 

Ann Knobloch (PT)
Ann is originally from central Illinois, and has lived in Phoenix for 2 years.  She went to school in St. Louis at Saint Louis University for undergraduate, master's and transitional DPT degrees.  In her spare time Ann enjoys spending time outdoors, running, hiking and traveling.
